Heavenly Lord

You send Your

Angels to keep

Us from stumbling

And yet we

Go on mumbling

And complain

Help us to see

Our gain

To know we are free

To worship Thee!

To read Your word

To sing with Joy

Help us to be Grateful

And employ the gifts

You’ve given

To see others get to heaven,

Where we want to be,

Help us to see
